Refund Policy

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 15 days of your purchase. If 15 days have passed since the date of your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Your article must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • We only offer refunds for items sold at the regular price, items on sale cannot be returned.

  • If the item in question is marked as a gift at time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the amount of your return.

The following goods are not covered by the returns policy:

  • Some Health and Personal Care Articles

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially credited.

Shipping

  • Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer. It must be sent to the address that will be indicated when the return is requested.

  • You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item.

  • Shipping costs are not subject to refund! If you receive a refund, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you may vary.

  • Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
